Objective Compare MEBO and Cassim silver zinc cream (凯新银新霜) in the treatment of secong-degree burns ef icacy.Methods We randomly select 50cases of secong-degree burns patients,a group with MEBO,another group was treated with Cassim silver zinc cream.Observed the groups healing,the ef ect of pain,the incidence of infection.Results I degree burns Mabel analgesic ef ect superior to Cassim silver zinc cream paste,shal ow I degree burns Cassim silver zinc cream superior to Mabel in the aspect of wound healing time,but, in the aspect of inhibitory ef ect Mabel than Cassim silver zinc cream poor.Conclusion MEBO in treating deep II degree burn wounds with silver sulfadiazine was no obvious advantage,shoud be used as appropriate.%目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏与凯新银新霜治疗II度烧伤的疗效。方法将40例I 度烧伤患者随机分为两组，治疗组(20例)用凯新银新霜外涂创面，对照组(20例)用美宝湿润烧伤膏涂于创面，观察两组的止痛效果、创面炎症控制、创面愈合时间等。结果治疗组止痛效果略差于对照组，差异有统计学意义，创面愈合时间对浅II度烧伤无明显差异，对深I 度烧伤创面：治疗组优于对照组。差异有统计学意义。结论凯新银新霜止痛效果逊于美宝湿润烧伤膏、治疗深I 度烧伤创面优于美宝湿润烧伤膏、治疗浅I 度烧伤创面愈合时无明显差异。
