目的研究分析成人化脓性脑膜炎的临床治疗方法和效果。方法根据2010年~2012年我院的部分成人化脓性脑膜炎患者临床治疗来进行探讨，为患者使用抗生素治疗。结果全部患者中共出现了1例死亡病例，临床总有效率是97.37%。结论成人化脓性脑膜炎患者使用第3代头孢类抗生素药物治疗可以对病情的控制起到较好的效果。%Objective To study the method and ef ect analysis of clinical treatment of adult purulent meningitis.Methods According to the 2010 to 2012 in our hospital part of the adult purulent Results Al patients appear a total of 1 deaths,the total clinical ef ective rate was 97.37%.Conclusion The control of adult purulent meningitis patients using the third generation cephalosporin drugs in the treatment of the disease can play a bet er ef ect,the clinical management of patients with ef ective rate is relatively high.
