目的分析小儿重症手足口病的早期观察和护理。方法选择我院2012年4月~2014年4月诊治的手足口病患儿67例，对其进行早期观察和对症护理。结果67例患儿中早期观察，有利于对患儿的及时诊治，提高患儿的存活率；再辅以有效的护理措施，能提高患儿的治愈率。观察及时发现且确诊重症患儿15例，重症率为22.38%；经治疗和护理后，患儿存活率97.01%，死亡率2.99%；存活患儿的治愈率为95.38%，肢体功能障碍率为4.62%。结论加强对重症手足口病患儿的观察及护理。%Objective To analyze early observation and nursing children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Our hospital in April 2012 to April 2014, the diagnosis and treatment of 67 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, on the early observation and suit the care. Results In 67 cases, observe the timely detection and diagnosis of children with severe 15 cases, severe rate was 22.38%; After treatment and care, child survival rate was97.01%, the mortality rate of 2.99%; Live with the cure rate of 95.38%, limb dysfunction rate was 4.62%. Conclusion To strengthen the early observation of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease, is conducive to timely diagnosis and treatment of children, to improve the survival rate of children; Along with ef ective nursing measures, can improve the cure rate of children.
