Objective To investigate the clinical effect in cholecystectomy and its treatment-related factors. Methods 266 cases of cholecystectomy were divided into three groups and clinical parameters were analyzed-Gal stone with chronic cholecystitis in 209 cases (A group) , Gal bladder in 9 cases (B group) and gal stones with acute cholecystitis in 48 casesf (C group). Results compared with group C, the operating time and the hospital stay is shorter and hospital costs is lower in group A and B. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy accounted for 238/266 cases (89.50%). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and effective method and patients can recover quickly. The cholecystectomy is applied. as soon as possible once the diagnosis of gal bladder stones is clear.%目的：探讨LC胆囊切除术疗效及影响疗效相关因素。方法分析266例胆囊切除术的相关临床参数。其中胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎209例（A组）、胆囊息肉9例（B组）和胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎48例（C组）。结果与C组比较，A与B两组术中操作时间短，住院时间短且住院费用低。其中腹腔镜胆囊切除术为238/266例（89.50％）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全，患者恢复快，在我院是胆囊切除术的主要术式，一旦发现胆囊结石应尽早行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
