目的：针对老年隐性左心衰作出明确的诊断提出护理对策。方法对50例老年隐性左心衰患者通过漂浮导管进行的血流动力学监测。结果50例老年隐性左心衰患者早期均误诊为支气管炎，肺部感染，通过正确的诊断、治疗及护理措施后康复出院。%Objective: the recessive left heart failure and make a clear diagnosis put forward countermeasures. Methods: 50 cases of elderly patients with recessive left heart failure by hemodynamic monitoring of the floating catheter. Results:50 cases of senile recessive early left heart failure patients were misdiagnosed as bronchitis, lung infection, the correct diagnosis, treatment and nursing measures were discharged from the hospital.
