科室资料归类管理是建设规范化科室的基础

         

摘要

本文旨在建立一个既能节省时间和空间,又提高科室规范化运行水平的信息与实物相结合的科室资料管理方法,介绍借助计算机与实物资料相结合的科室资料管理新模式;该模式强化了科室资料的整理、分析及信息化管理,使科室运作更为规范化、制度化,对医疗工作质量的提高起到了十分主要的作用。%this article aims to establish a managerial approach for department documents which does not only save time and space, but also can improve the level of standardized operation in department. This managerial approach uses both immaterial information and material objects. The article also introduces a new management mode for department documents which is aided by computer and paper documents. This new management mode enhances the capacities of sorting and analyzing department data and the information management, making the department operation more standardized and institutionalized and playing a very important part in improving the ef iciency of medical work.
