Aztreonam is a kind of drugs with high antibacterial activity for the majority of aerobic gram-negative bacteria and has been widely used in lower respiratory tract infections and other diseases in clinical treatment. In this study,a high quality aztreonam composition has been prepared by improving the preparation method of aztreonam. This method has readily available raw materials,simple steps,and operable processes. Through inspecting hygroscopic,stability and the relevant factors of Aztreonam asepsis powder,the stability and clarity and other indicators of Aztreonam powder have bet er performance.And the powder has low moisture content,can be used as aztreonam powder for injection.%氨曲南是一种对大多数需氧型革兰阴性菌具有高度的抗菌活性的药物，现已广泛应用于下呼吸道感染等疾病的临床治疗。本研究通过改进氨曲南制备方法制备出一种高质量的氨曲南组合物，所述方法原料易得，步骤简单，可操作性强。通过对其无菌粉针剂的引湿性和稳定性等相关因素进行考察，表明该粉针剂稳定性和澄清度等指标均表现较好，水分含量低，可以作为注射用氨曲南粉针剂使用。
