Objective: To investigate the clinical ef ect of non-invasive fungal sinusitis after partial flush. Methods: Extraction our hospital in January 2008 to January 2013 were treated 58 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients as research subjects,and give local irrigation and after 6 months to 1 year fol ow-up,while its flush results were analyzed retrospectively. Results:After treatment,fol ow-up found that the whole group of 58 patients,a total of 56 cases were cured,2 cases of recurrence,the total ef ective rate was 96.55%. Conclusion:to give non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients after partial flush,can ef ectively improve clinical outcomes,reduce the incidence of serious complications,with a high clinical value,worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术后局部冲洗的临床治疗效果。方法抽取我院2008年1月~2013年1月份收治的58例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，并给予术后局部冲洗和6个月~1年的随访，同时对其冲洗效果进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗后随访发现，全组58例患者中，总共有56例治愈，2例复发，总有效率为96.55%。结论给予非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者术后局部冲洗，能够有效提高临床治疗效果，减少严重并发症的发生，值得推广。
