本文的研究目的是观察针灸对于康复和治疗偏头痛的临床效果。本文选取我院2010年3月~2012年2月以针灸治疗偏头痛的患者160例，其中痰浊上扰型34例，气血亏虚型28例，瘀血阻络型36例，肝阳上亢型42例，肝肾阴虚型20例，通过分组分别进行治疗，结果发现针灸疗法对于偏头痛的总治愈率达到92.0%以上，故而得出针灸是康复和治疗偏头痛的有效手段的结论。%the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical ef ect of acupuncture for the rehabilitation and treatment of migraine. This paper selects my courtyard 2010 March ~2012 year in February 160 cases of acupuncture treatment of migraine patients, including 34 cases of stagnation of phlegm, Qi and blood deficiency type 28 cases, blood stasis type in 36 cases, liver yang hyperactivity type in 42 cases, 20 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency treatment respectively by grouping, results acupuncture therapy to cure migraine rate reached more than 92%, so that acupuncture is ef ective means of rehabilitation and treatment of migraine conclusion.
