目的：探讨老年人口腔不良修复体的现状及危害。方法对126例老年人口腔不良修复体患者临床资料的整理和分析。结果所有患者均全部拆除不良修复体，拆除效果满意，行义齿修复，均取得良好的修复效果。结论老年人口腔不良修复体占整个不良修复体患者的绝大部分，常引起多种临床并发症，危害患者健康。需加强老年人口腔卫生知识的宣传教育，认识到不良修复体的危害，要到正规医院就医，从而减少老年人口腔不良修复体的发生。%Objective:To investigate the present situation and harm of the elderly oral bad repair body. Methods:the col ation and analysis of 126 aged patients with bad oral prosthesis in patients with clinical data. Results: al the patients were al removed the bad repair body, removal ef ect is satisfactory, for denture, achieved good restoration ef ect. Conclusion:the elderly oral bad repair body accounted for most of the bad repair body patients, often cause a variety of clinical complications, harm to patients health. To strengthen the elderly oral health knowledge propaganda education, realize the harm bad repair body, must to normal hospital, so as to reduce the incidence of geriatric oral bad repair body.
