探讨三种检测方法在尿液白细胞测定中的使用

         

摘要

目的:分析比较尿沉渣仪,干化学分析仪,显微镜镜检三种检测方法在测定尿液中白细胞的使用情况。方法对2157份门诊患者留取的随机尿液在规定的时间内,按照各种仪器的标准操作规程,对尿液中的白细胞进行三种方法的联合检测。结果显微镜手工镜检测白细胞阳性率为13.0%,尿沉渣仪检测白细胞阳性率为15.5%,其中假阳性为3.5%,假阴性为1.6%,跟显微镜手工镜检符合率为94.9%,干化学法阳性率为11.5%,其中假阳性为4.5%,假阴性为8.7%,跟显微镜镜检符合率为86.8%。结论尿液白细胞检测受多种因素影响,如果使用三种检测方法联合测定,可大大提高结果的准确性,减少假阳性与假阴性的发生。%Objective To comparing three detection methods of urine sediment analyzer, dry chemistry analyzer, microscope used in the determination of white blood cells in the urine. Methods Urine of 2157 patients was taken within the prescribed period of time and three kinds of method were used to detect the white blood cells in urine according to the various instruments and standard operating procedures. Results The positive rate of white blood cells with microscope microscopic was 13.0%. The positive rate of white blood cells with urinary sediment analyzer was 15.5% and the false positive rate was 3.5%, while false negative was 1.6%. Comparing microscope manual microscopic, coincidence rate of Urine sediment analyzer was 94.9%. The positive rate of white blood cells with dry chemistry analyzer was 11.5% and the false positive rate was 4.5%, while false negative was 8.7%. Comparing microscope manual microscopic, coincidence rate of dry chemistry analyzer was 86.8%. Conclusion Detection of urine white blood cells is af ected by many factors. If the joint is measured using three kinds of detection methods, the accuracy can be improved greatly, and it reduces the incidence of false positive and false negative.
