Objective To observe the ef ect of humanized nursing on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 210 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients admit ed to our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into the control group by using double blind method (105 cases) and observation group (105 cases), the control group received routine nursing, the observation group in the conventional nursing at the same time, take the humanized nursing intervention, observe two groups of liver function results. Results Patients with normal liver function rate (86.67%), five items of hepatitis B test normal rate (71.43%), liver B ultrasound examination was normal rate (92.38%) was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B, improve the therapeutic ef ect, clinical nursing significance.%目的：观察人性化护理对慢性乙肝患者疗效的影响。方法选取本院收治的210例慢性乙肝患者为研究对象，采用双盲法随机分为对照组（105例）与观察组（105例)，对照组予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的同时，采取人性化护理干预措施，观察两组肝功能等结果。结果观察组患者肝功能正常率（86.67%）、乙肝五项检查正常率（71.43%）、肝脏B超检查正常率（92.38%）明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论人性化护理干预可提高慢性乙肝患者的治疗依从性，提高治疗效果，有积极的临床护理意义。
