本文探讨了瘦素的生物特征以及其与慢性胃炎、胃溃疡及结肠炎等多种慢性胃肠疾病的关系。幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜瘦素表达显著增加，治愈后显著下降。瘦素可以促进胃溃疡粘膜的愈合。体外研究提示高瘦素血症出现在急性炎症特别是小鼠肠道炎症的早期。%This paper discusses the biological characteristics of leptin and its relationship with a variety of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer and colitis, chronic gastrointestinal diseases. Increased expression of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric mucosal leptin, decreased significantly after cure. Leptin can promote the healing of gastric ulcer mucosa. In vitro studies indicated that high serum leptin in acute inflammation especial y early intestinal inflammation in mice.
