某高校学生心肺复苏培训模式与评价

         

摘要

Objective Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the time for a variety of reasons cause respiratory and cardiac arrest , must immediately take a freehand first aid techniques. To popularize cardiopulmonary resuscitation in universities , suitable for non-medical students to explore the characteristics of CPR training mode. Methods First aid training for 160 students identify two batches of training in turn, each batch of 80 students were randomly divided into test group and control group of 80 students.Two groups of students by teachers in the use ofmultimedia teaching the same brief 2 hours of theoretical training, Demonstration of the operation of the experimental group trained by the training of physicians, After watching the students , who use emergency simulation exercises and drills.Control group students to watch VCD teaching film cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR combined with verses were memories. Results Theoretical knowledge test, the experimental group of 78 points, the control for 73 minutes, no dif erence between the two groups of student achievement. In terms of evaluation practice, percent of pass is 66.25%, while the control group was 36.25%, x2 = 14.41, <0.001. Conclusion Carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in university students, theory teaching + simulator and training + gejue memory three methods, ef ective.%目的心肺复苏是针对各种原因引起呼吸及心跳骤停时,必须立即采取的一项徒手急救技术。为了在高校中普及心肺复苏术,探讨适合非医学专业学生特点的心肺复苏培训模式。方法参加急救培训160名学生分两批依次培训,每批随机分为试验组学生80名,对照组学生80名。两组学生均由相同教师利用多媒体教学进行2学时的简短理论培训,实验组由培训医师进行示范性操作培训,学生在观看之后,利用急救模拟人进行演练。对照组学生观看心肺脑复苏VCD教学片,结合心肺复苏的"十字歌诀"进行记忆。结果理论知识的考试,实验组为78分,对照组为73分,两组学生成绩无明显差异。在考核实际操作方面,实验组合格率为66.25%,对照组为36.25%,2=14.41,<0.001。结论在高校大学生中开展心肺复苏培训,理论讲授+模拟人训练十字歌诀记忆3种方法结合,行之有效。
