目的探讨恶性肿瘤由化疗产生不良反应的护理。方法选择临床化疗后产生不良反应的恶性肿瘤患者共66例，均进行中医护理。结果说明通过中医护理后，恶性肿瘤患者出现不良反应的状况显著减少，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论实施中医辩证治疗的理论来指导和干预护理过程，可明显减少恶性肿瘤患者不良反应发生率，在临床上进行推广使用是可行的。%Objective To study the nursing adverse reaction by malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods Patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy and clinical adverse reactions were 66 cases, al of Chinese medicine nursing. Results The traditional Chinese medicine nursing, malignant tumor patients with adverse reaction condition were significantly decreased, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion To guide the implementation of nursing intervention process and theory of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with malignant tumor, are in clinical use is feasible.
