Objective To explore the ef icacy of micro-plate fixation in maxil ofacial fractures.Methods In January 2007~2010 January in our hospital 123 cases of maxil ofacial fractures with detailed clinical data were in retrospectively analyzed.Results After the treatment,123 cases had good bone healing.97.56%(120 cases) by and 2.44% (3cases) by second intention.Good fracture line position and normal occlusion accounted for 91.06%.(112 cases).While bad fracture line position and abnormal occlusion accounted for 8.94%(11 cases).Conclusion The micro-plate fixation of maxil ofacial fractures have a stable ef iciency,with less postoperative complications and so on.%目的：探讨微型钛板坚固内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折疗效。方法选取2007年1月~2010年1月我院住院治疗口腔颌面部骨折患者123例的详细临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果123例患者术后愈合良好，其中I期愈合120例，占97.5%，II I期愈合3例，占2.44%，骨折术后咬合关系正常者及张开度恢复正常者为112例，占91.06%，咬合关系不佳者及张开度恢复不理想者为11例，占8.94%。结论微型钛板坚固内固定对颌面部骨折的治疗具有良好的疗效，且术后并发症少等优点。
