Objective The implementation of token method of congenital hydronephrosis in children by perioperative period, observing the effect on the treatment and nursing compliance. Methods 38 cases of children in accordance with the standard implementation of token method during the perioperative period, evaluation and analysis of children in the implementation of token method behavior compliance. Results 38 patients in perioperative implemented token method in al patients, a total of 1140 goals in only 2.2% stil behaves as passive compliance, 97.8% for the final performance of the ful compliance. Conclusion The token method can improve compliance of treatment and nursing care of children, so that they can actively cooperate with the treatment and care, promote healing, shorten the hospitalization time.%目的通过对先天性肾积水围术期患儿实施代币法，观察其对患儿治疗和护理依从性的影响。方法对符合标准的38例患儿在围术期实施代币法，评估和分析患儿在实施代币法后的行为依从性情况。结果38例患儿在围术期全部实施了代币法,97.8%最终表现为完全依从。结论代币法可以提高患儿对治疗和护理的依从性。
