Objective To explore the clinical application and ef ect of Gynefix IUD. Methods 200 cases from 2012 to 2013 I chose Gynefix IUD local area resident women of childbearing age were fol owed up regularly. Results Fol owed up for 12 months total fal of in 6 cases, 3 cases of pregnancy with IUD, 3 cases of disease as a result of out. Device after 1, 3, 6, and 12 months follow-up continuation rate 98.98%, 98.47%, 97.6%, 93.88%. Conclusion The Gynefix IUD with safe, effective, convenient, economical, reversible, low side ef ect and high acceptability characteristics, is one of the IUD is worthy of popularization.%目的：探讨吉妮固定式IUD的临床应用与效果分析。方法对200例我站2012年~2013年自愿选择放置吉妮IUD的本地区常住育龄妇女进行定期随访。结果随访12个月共计脱落6例，带器妊娠3例，因症取出3例。置器后1、3、6、12个月随访续用率98.98%、98.47%、97.6%、93.88%。结论吉妮IUD具安全、有效、简便、经济、可逆、副作用低和高度可接受性的特点，是值得推广的宫内节育器之一。
