Objective To observe the curative ef ect of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis. Methods We treated 76 examples intrauterine membrane endometriosis patients were randomly divided into surgical group and combination group, surgery group take pure laparoscopic surgery treatment, combined with joint application of mifepristone group on the basis of the surgical treatment, compared two groups of curative ef ect and adverse reactions occur, fol ow-up compared two groups of postoperative recurrence and conception. Results The total effective combination group was obviously higher than that of surgical group, <0.05;The recurrence rate combination group was obviously lower scores, the conception rate is significantly higher than the scores, <0.05; Various adverse reactions combined group were significantly lower than the surgical group, < 0.05). Conclusion The curative ef ect of surgery combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis is bet er than that of pure the curative ef ect of surgical treatment, suggest that in clinical application.%目的：观察腹腔镜手术结合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将本院收治的76例子宫内膜异位症患者随机均分为手术组与结合组，手术组采取单纯腹腔镜手术进行治疗，结合组在手术组的基础上联合应用米非司酮进行治疗，对比两组疗效及不良反应发生情况，随访对比两组术后复发及受孕情况。结果结合组总有效率明显高于手术组，<0.05；结合组复发率明显低于手术组，而受孕率则明显高于手术组，<0.05；结合组各项不良反应均明显低于手术组，<0.05。结论手术结合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效优于单纯手术治疗的疗效，建议于临床推广应用。
