Objective To summarize the clinical treatment after operation and drug treatment of abdominal incisional endometriosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of operation and drug treatment in our hospital in 2004 January ~2010 year in December 30 cases of abdominal incision endometriosis uterine curative effect observation analysis. Results 30 patients after operation were cured, and no case of recurrence. Conclusion After the operation and drug treatment of abdominal incisional endometriosis significant ef ect, no relapse after the operation, is a worthy approach.%目的：总结手术后辅以药物治疗腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析总结手术辅以药物治疗我院2004年1月~2010年12月收治的30例腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察。结果30例患者手术后均痊愈，无1例复发者。结论手术后辅以药物治疗腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症疗效显著，术后无复发，是一种值得推广的方法。
