Objective To investigate the curative ef ect of treatment of humeral nonunion with inlaid external. Methods This paper col ected from 2009 May to 2013 September, 18 cases of humeral nonunion with inlaid external fixator (the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University professor Zhang Xiangsheng design, Changzhou Wujin medical equipment company) treatment, retrospective analysis of curative ef ect. Results Al patients were fol owed up for 6~24 months, 18 patients were fol owed up, the wound healed, no infection and osteomyelitis, al patients had bone healing, healing time is from April to August, the healing rate was 100%, shoulder and elbow function is normal. Conclusion Using mosaic external fixator in the treatment of humerus nonunion and clinical ef ect of obvious advantages, is a kind of effective method.%目的：探讨镶嵌式外固定治疗肱骨骨不连的疗效。方法本文收集2009年5月~2013年9月,18例肱骨骨不连采用镶嵌式外固定架(中南大学湘雅二院张湘生教授设计,常州武进医疗器械设备公司生产)治疗,回顾性分析疗效显著。结果随访6~24个月,18例患者术后随访,伤口均一期愈合,无感染及骨髓炎发生,所有患者均骨性愈合,临床愈合时间为4月~8月,愈合率100%,肩肘关节功能基本正常。结论使用镶嵌式外固定架治疗肱骨骨不连有明显的优势及临床疗效,是一种有效的较好的方法。
