目的探讨门诊护理实习生带教最佳模式。方法通过分析门诊护理实习生带教存在问题，提出具体改进措施。结果实习后门诊护理实习生个人修养、职业素质、责任心、业务水平，服务态度等均有较大提高。结论针对各层级学生特点，开展针对性的带教，能按时高效率的完成实习带教计划。%Objective To explore the best mode of outpatient nursing practice teaching. Methods Through the analysis of the problems in teaching of nursing interns with, put forward specific measures for improvement. Results The outpatient nursing interns internship after personal cultivation, occupation quality, responsibility, service level, service at itude has improved. Conclusion The level of students' characteristics, in accordance with the teaching of, timely and efficient completion of the teaching plan.
