Objective Influence factors for limb vascular healing of coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 March -2014 year in April 12 cases of single leg saphenous vein systemic factors and local factors in patients with poor healing after limb blood vessel. Results Through the investigation on the side in 12 cases of wound healing after coronary artery bypass, discovery and incision fat liquefaction, limb vascular obstruction of venous reflux, accompanied by diabetes, local infection, malnutrition, mental factors 6 factors. Conclusion Early elevation of blood vessel of the body, promote venous return, encourage early ambulation of patients is the key to accelerate rehabilitation. Strengthen ef ective communication with patients, postoperative rehabilitation education content, education and discharged, so as to promote the healing of wound.%目的探讨冠心病搭桥术后影响取血管肢体愈合不良的因素。方法回顾性分析2012年3月~2014年4月12例单腿或双腿的下肢大隐静脉取血管后肢体愈合不良的患者的全身因素与局部因素。结果通过对冠心病搭桥术后12例切口愈合不良病例调查，发现与切口脂肪液化、取血管肢体静脉回流受阻、伴有糖尿病、局部感染、营养不良、心理因素6种因素有关。结论早期抬高取血管的肢体，增进静脉回流，鼓励患者早期下床活动是促进康复的关键。加强与患者的有效沟通，做好术后宣教及出院康复宣教内容，从而促进患者伤口的早日愈合。
