目的：总结小儿植入式静脉输液港的使用与管理经验。方法以16例患儿为对象，通过回顾植入式静脉输液港的使用和管理情况，总结相关经验。结果本组16例患儿一次植入成功率100%。结论植入式静脉输液港是一种安全、便捷的化疗辅助方法，在小儿化疗患者的治疗中具有很强的运用价值。%Objective To use the summary of the implanted venous port and management experience. Methods 16 cases as the object, through the review of the use and management of implantable venous access port, summarizes the related experience. Results In this group, 16 cases of children with a successful rate was 100%. Conclusion The implanted venous port is a safe, convenient chemotherapy aided method, has strong application value in the treatment of pediatric patients in chemotherapy.
