Objective To investigate the prevalence of HIV and sex transmit ed diseases (STDs) in MSM (man who have sex with man) for the disease control and prevention. Methods Antibodies of HIV,HBV,HCV and syphilis (TP) in 369 MSM were detected in 2009~2013 in Pingdingshan. Results The MSM infection 31 with HIV positive (8.40%) ,42 with HBsAg positive (11.38%) ,28 with HCV positive (7.58%) and 49 with TP positive (13.27%) . Conclusion In Pingdingshan city,the HIV and STDs infection status in MSM is not optimistic prevention and intervention measure should be taken as soon as possible.%目的：了解平顶山市男男同性恋(men who have sex with man， MSM)人群艾滋病和性病的感染状况，为实施干预措施提供依据。方法对平顶山市2009年~2013年调查的369例MSM 进行 HIV、HBV、HCV 和梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体检测。结果369份 MSM 样本中，检出 HIV 阳性31例(8．40%)，HBsAg 阳性42例(11.38%)，HCV阳性28例(7.58%)，TP阳性49例(13.27%)。结论平顶山市 MSM 人群中 HIV和性病感染状况不容乐观，应尽早采取预防和干预措施。
