Objective To improve the legal awareness of pediatric nursing staf , ensure nursing safety. Methods The causes of unsafe factors potential y place for pediatric nursing in our hospital were analyzed and studied, and proposes relevant preventive measures. Results After research found that the potential unsafe factors existing in the main are: nursing operation, documents, nursing staf quality et al. Conclusion To improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staf , strengthening the legal consciousness of responsibility, strict compliance with operating norms, to strengthen the legal knowledge training, can ef ectively guarantee the safety of neonatal nursing.%目的：提高儿科护理人员的法律意识，确保护理的安全。方法对我院儿科护理工作所在潜在性的不安全因素的原因进行分析和研究，并提出相关的预防措施。结果经过研究发现，目前所存在的潜在不安全因素主要有：护理操作、文书、护理人员素质等。结论提高护理人员综合素质，强化其法律责任意识，严格遵守操作规范，加强法律知识培训，能够有效地保障新生儿护理安全。
