目的探讨血液透析自体动静脉内瘘狭窄相关因素。方法对2004年10月~2013年10月间在我院使用自体动静脉内瘘行血液透析超过3年的46例尿毒症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将18例内瘘狭窄患者设为观察组，将非内瘘狭窄患者28例设为对照组，比较两组患者的平均动脉压，糖尿病患者例数，透析超滤量等指标。结果观察组患者的平均动脉压明显低于对照组，P<0.05，有差异性，另外观察组的透析超滤量及糖尿病患者例数明显高于对照组，比较有差异，P<0.05。结论血液透析自体动静脉内瘘狭窄的相关因素主要与患者低血压、透析超滤量大及糖尿病等相关。%Objective To study the hemodialysis autogenous arteriovenous internal fistula stenosis related factors. Conclusion Hemodialysis autogenous arteriovenous internal fistula patients with nar ow related factors and hypotension, dialysis, ultrafiltration volume, and diabetes, etc.
