目的观察胸腰段Chance骨折和屈曲过伸型损伤伴神经损伤的手术疗效。方法选取20例患者，神经功能AISI A级2例，B级2例，C级6例，D级4例和E级6例。手术内固定器械使用钉棒内固定系统。结果全组病例脊柱后柱分离得到明显恢复，脊柱前柱压缩亦得到改善。除1例AISI A级患者神经功能无变化外，3例不全截瘫均有AISI 2级以上的改善。结论手术治疗可及时恢复脊柱的稳定性，促进神经功能康复。%Objective Observation of curative ef ect of thoracolumbar fracture operation Chance and flexion distraction injuries complicated with nerve injury. Except for 1 cases of nerve in patients with AISI grade a function without change, improve 2 above the level of the 3 cases with incomplete paraplegia were AISI. Conclusion Operation treatment can restore the spinal stability in time, promote the recovery of neural function.
