Objective To study and analyze the application of care system check to prevent er ors in the ICU nursing transfusion safety. Methods Selected 48 ICU nurses in our hospital departments and conducted a questionnaire, the questionnaire included sections transfusion check system implementation, nurses awareness of the safety of blood transfusion, there was a problem in the work of safe blood transfusion and summarized the reasons for appearing a blood transfusion nursing er ors in the past year , trained on relevant issues and inadequate, observed a blood transfusion during check execution rate regime, the er or rate of blood transfusion safety and handling after one year of training of ICU care. Results After training nurses to perform three investigations transfusion rate was significantly higher than eight of the system implementation rate of 37.50%before the training, and the training of post-transfusion safety in the error rate was significantly lower than the error rate to train before the 31.25%, <0.05,the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion A sound and comprehensive care check system, which helps to reduce blood transfusion in ICU nursing er ors, reduces the likelihood of patient risk of transfusion process,and gets bet er protection of the patients' safety, while reduces potential disputes,it has important value,which is worth further application in clinical practice.%目的：研究并分析防范ICU护理输血安全差错中护理查对制度的应用。方法对我院ICU科室护理人员48名进行调查问卷，问卷内容主要包括科室中输血查对制度的执行情况、护理人员对输血安全的认知程度、在安全输血工作中出现的问题，并将过去1年内出现的输血护理差错的原因进行总结，针对相关问题及不足进行培训，观察培训之后1年内ICU护理输血时查对制度的执行率、输血安全中的出错率及处理。结果培训后护理人员输血时三查八对制度的执行率明显高于培训前的执行率37.50%，且培训后输血安全中的出错率明显低于去培训前的出错率31.25%，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论一个健全完善的护理查对制度，有利于减少ICU护理输血工作中的错误，降低了病人在输血过程中出现危险的可能性，使患者的安全得到更好的保障，减少了出现纠纷的可能，具有重要的价值，值得我们在临床上进一步推广应用。
