Objective To investigate the ef ect of experience since July 2013 in our hospital matron night rounds on the original model of reform. Methods A group of three people a day, the nursing department and ward rounds ar angements focus on checking the contents of the hospital's quality of care for dynamic supervision, timely feedback and deal with existing problems. Results Code of Practice for the night nurses act to protect the care and safety, improve the management level nurse, care quality improvement can be sustained. Conclusion Nursing night rounds of reform to further strengthen links quality control to ensure the care and safety, improve quality of care but also enhance patient satisfaction.%目的：探讨自2013年7月我院对原有的护士长夜查房模式进行改革以来的效果体会。方法采用每天3人为一组，护理部安排重点检查病区及查房内容，对全院的护理质量进行动态监督，及时反馈和处理存在的问题。结果通过实践规范了夜间护理人员的行为、保障了护理安全、提高了护士长的管理水平、护理质量得以持续改进。结论改革护士长夜查房进一步加强了环节质控，保障了护理安全，提高护理质量的同时也提升了患者的满意度。
