Objective:to observe the recent ef ect and toxicity of the combination of oxaliplatin and 5-Fu in treatment of patients with advanced gastriccaicinoma. Methods: 40 patinets with advanced gastric cancer were treated with 5-Fu plus oxaliplatin (110mg/m2, d1). 5-Fu was given 500mg/m2 (iv.bolus) and 800mg/m2 (24h continuous iv with pump) d1,d2, 21 days for a cycle. The ef icacy was evaluated by CT scan after 2 cycles. Results:the total ef ective rate was 47.5%(19/40),the main side ef ects were marrow inhibition, gastrointestinal reaction, Phlebitis and nervous system toxicity. Conclusion:tri-weekly oxaliplatin combined 5-Fu for the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma is highly ef ective. It has less adverse reactions and can be wel tolerated in patients.%目的：观察奥沙利铂联合5-Fu 3w方案治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效和毒副反应。方法40例晚期胃癌患者，使用奥沙利铂110mg/m2和5-Fu为500mg/m2，先静脉推注，后以800mg/m2持续静脉泵入24h d1，d2，21d为一个周期，完成2疗程后CT评价疗效。结果联合方案有效率为47.5%，主要不良反应为骨髓抑制，胃肠道反应、静脉炎以及周围神经毒性。结论奥沙利铂联合5-Fu 3w方案治疗晚期胃癌有效率较高，不良反应轻，患者耐受性好。
