Objective To study the effect of nursing interventions on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with gynecologic tumors.Methods A total of 203 gynecologic tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomized according to the admission time. 98 patients admitted from January to December 2016 were included in the control group and given routine nursing intervention. 105 patients admitted from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the study group and given preventive nursing intervention. The incidence of DVT, self-care ability score, patient satisfaction and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group (7.61％ vs 11.22％) , the self-care ability score [ (97.00 ±1.47) points vs (92.00±1.61) points], and the satisfaction score [ (96.52±1.46) points vs (92.41±1.27) ] were higher than the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than the control group [ (8.31 ±4.45) d vs (10.13±3.30) d], the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) . Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients after gynecologic tumor surgery, improve the quality of patient care and shorten the time of hospitalization and improve patient satisfaction score.%目的 研究护理干预措施应用于妇科肿瘤术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果研究.方法 选取2016年1月～2017年12月我院收治的203例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象, 按入院时间随机分组, 2016年1月～12月收治的98例患者纳入对照组并给予常规护理干预, 2017年1月～12月收治的105例患者纳入研究组并给予预防护理干预, 对比两组患者DVT发生率、自理能力评分、患者满意度和住院时间.结果 研究组的DVT发生率低于对照组 (7.61％vs 11.22％) , 自理能力评分[ (97.00±1.47) 分vs (92.00±1.61) 分]、满意度得分[ (96.52±1.46) 分vs (92.41±1.27) 分]均高于对照组, 住院时间短于对照组[ (8.31±4.45) d vs (10.13±3.30) d], 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .结论 护理干预有效预防妇科肿瘤术后患者深静脉血栓形成, 提高了患者护理质量并缩短了在院时间, 提高患者满意度.
