化学发光微粒子免疫法与电化学发光法测定促甲状腺激素的性能比较

         

摘要

目的:比较化学发光微粒子免疫法(CMIA)与电化学发光法(ECLINA)测定血清促甲状腺激素的性能。方法:每天选取临床样本8份,包括门诊与住院患者,排除溶血、脂血及用药情况。分别用CMIA与ECLINA测定样本促甲状腺激素含量,连续测定7 d,记录检验结果。去除离群点,以电化学发光法为对比方法作为X轴,化学发光微粒子法为实验方法为Y轴,计算化学发光微粒子免疫法与电化学发光法的线性方程和相关系数,进行偏差评估。结果:CMIA与ECLINA测定促甲状腺激素的线性回归方程为Y=0.7863X+0.0632,相关系数r2=0.9946,两种检测方法的测定值之间存在着高度相关关系(P<0.01)。两种实验方法均存在随着结果增高偏差增大现象,但均能满足临床要求。结论:ARCHITEC和ECLINA具有高度相关性,可以建立相关方程,在某一方法不能满足实验室而参考值又不能变换时可以用另一方法代替。%Objective:To compare the performance of serum thyroid stimulating hormone by chemiluminescence particles immune method (CMIA) and electrochemical luminescence (ECLINA).Method:Eight clinical samples was selected every day,including outpatient and inpatient,exclusion of hemolysis,blood lipid and medication situation,continuous determination of 7 d and the test results was recorded.The outliers was removed,the ECLINA was used as the contrast method for X axis and the CMIA was used as the experimental method for Y axis,the linear equation and correlation coefficient of CMIA and ECLINA were calculated for evaluation bias.Result:CMIA and ECLINA to determine the linear regression equation for thyroid stimulating hormone was Y=0.7863X+0.0632, correlation coefficient wasr2=0.9946,There was a high correlation with the measured values of two methods.The two kinds of detection method of measured value were highly correlated (P<0.01).Two kinds of experimental methods all existed along with the increase of the results,but could meet the clinical requirements.Conclusion:CMIA and ECLINA is highly correlated,correlation equation can be established,in a certain way can not meet the laboratory and the reference value can not be replaced by another way.
