目的：观察青少年正畸患者焦虑、抑郁的临床表现，探讨接纳与承诺疗法干预青少年正畸患者正畸依从性的临床效果。方法：随机选取400例青少年正畸患者为研究对象，试验组200例，在进行常规正畸治疗的同时，用接纳与承诺疗法进行干预，并在矫治1周、矫治3个月对患者进行干预治疗；对照组200例，仅给予常规的正畸治疗。对两组患者治疗前后焦虑、抑郁的变化及其正畸诊疗依从性进行比较。结果：试验组和对照组患者在保持口腔卫生、准时复诊、矫治器附件完好无损率及按医生要求戴用辅助矫治器等良好依从性行为的比例比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：接纳与承诺疗法干预能够提高青少年正畸患者的依从性和治疗效率、缩短正畸治疗过程。%Objective:To observe the clinical manifestation of anxiety and depression on the adolescent orthodontic patients,to explore the clinical effects of compliance of adolescent orthodontic patients intervened with acceptance and commitment therapy.Method:A total of 400 adolescent patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,200 cases in each group,both group patients received orthodontic treatment,and the study group was intervened with acceptance and commitment therapy after treatment.The assessment was made at 1 week and 3 months after orthodontic treatment respectively.The changes of anxiety,depression and compliance of two groups were compared after the treatment.Result:Oral health,appliance safe,on time to see a doctor,braces and buccal tube in good condition without loss rate of the study group were better than thoses of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Acceptance and commitment therapy intervention could enhance adolescent orthodontic patient compliance,improve the therapeutic effect of orthodontic treatment,shorten the course of treatment.
