目的：探索观察医院感染控制中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法：本研究中纳入病例均为本院住院部各科室收治患者，以2016年4月-2016年6月所纳入患者3250例为对照组，以2016年7月-2016年9月所纳入患者3180例为观察组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施临床护理路径。以医院感染发生率以及护理满意率为观察指标，比较两组的护理效果。结果：观察组医院感染总发生率为1.98％，显著低于对照组11.88%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理总满意率为97.64％，显著优于对照组82.55%（P<0.05），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：医院感染控制中应用临床护理路径，对降低医院感染事件发生率，提高护理满意率有积极作用，可供临床借鉴并推广。%Objective: To explore the clinical nursing care pathways in hospital infection control effect. Method:In this study, patients were included in our hospital inpatient department,3250 patients were selected from April 2016 to June 2016 as control group,3180 patients were selected from July 2016 to September 2016 as observation group.The control group was given implementation of routine care, observation group was given implementation of clinical care path.The incidence of nosocomial infection and the rate of nursing satisfaction were taken as the observation indexes,the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result:The overall incidence of nosocomial infection was 1.98% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 11.88%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in observation group was 97.64%, which was significantly better than that of the control group with 82.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The limitation effect of clinical nursing path in hospital infection control has a positive effect on reducing incidence of nosocomial infection and improving nursing satisfaction rate, which can be used for clinical reference and popularization.
