Objective:To investigate the effect and hormone injections alternately sacral treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical results,to enrich clinical treatment.Method:88 cases of lumbar disc herniation were selected from December 2011 to December 2012 for the study,they were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous infusion with western medicine to physical methods, observation group was given Chinese medicine and hormone injections alternately sacral therapy, the changes in relevant indicators of two groups were observed after treatment.Result:In control group the excellent and good rate was 54.55%,the total efficiency was 79.55%;in the observation group the excellent and good rate of 70.45%,the total efficiency of 93.18%,observation group in the excellent and good rate and total efficiency was significantly better than before the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the straight leg raising test and joint activity score were significantly higher than treatment,the levels of IgG and IgM was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),the observation group after treatment on the above indicators more significantly than control group (P<0.05).After one and four weeks treatment,the VAS scores and M-JOA scores compared with before treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05),the observation group of those were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine and hormone injections alternately sacral treatment of lumbar disc herniation significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨中药和激素交替骶骨注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果，以期丰富临床治疗。方法：选取2011年12月-2012年12月88例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组各44例。对照组予西医静脉滴注配合物理方法等治疗，观察组中药和激素交替骶骨注射治疗，观察治疗后两组相关指标变化情况。结果：对照组优良率54.55%、总有效率79.55%，观察组优良率70.45%、总有效率93.18%，观察组在优良率和总有效率上显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后在直腿抬高试验、关节活动度评分明显高于治疗前，IgG、IgM明显低于治疗前，治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组治疗后上述指标改善均优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗1、4周后VAS评分、M-JOA评分较治疗前明显下降，治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药和激素交替骶骨注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著。
