目的：分析人工髋关节置换术后护理及康复训练效果。方法：选取2014年3月-2015年8月本院收治的50例髋关节病变患者，将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，各25例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实行系统化护理，比较两组护理前后SAS、SDS评分及Harris评分。结果：护理前，两组SAS和SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后1、3个月，观察组髋关节功能评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），术后6个月髋关节功能评分两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：采用系统性护理可有效缓解人工髋关节置换术后患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，督促患者术后进行康复训练，有助于尽快恢复髋关节功能，提高患者的生活质量。%Objective:To analyze the nursing and rehabilitation training effect after artificial hip replacement.Method:A total of 50 patients with coxa arthropathy in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was applied the routine nursing, the observation group was implemented the systematic nursing based on the routine nursing,SAS,SDS score that before and after nursing and Harris score of two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,SAS and SDS score of two groups,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of operation,the function score of articulatio coxae of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the function score of articulatio coxae of them after 6 months of operation,there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:That able to effective relieve the anxiety,depression and other unhealthy emotions of patients after the artificial hip replacement by the systematic nursing,that helps to recover the hip joint function as soon as possible,and to improve the patients’ life quality.
