目的：分析和研究双歧杆菌三联活菌散和蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法：将2014年2月-2015年10月本院收治的90例腹泻患儿以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。对照组采用蒙脱石散进行治疗，治疗组则采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散进行治疗，对比治疗组和对照组的治疗效果以及临床症状的改善情况，观察两组患儿出现不良反应的情况。结果：治疗组总有效率比对照组高，症状消退时间和排便正常时间比对照组短，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿均出现了不良反应症状，对照组不良反应发生率明显高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散与蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻有显著的临床治疗效果，不良反应发生率较低，且症状在较短的时间内得到了改善。%Objective:To analyze and study the effects of Bulk Triple Viable Bifidobacterium and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Method:A total of 90 cases of infantile diarrhea and who accepted treatments in our hospital from February 2014 to October 2015 were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table methods,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder while the treatment group was treated with Bulk Triple Viable Bifidobacterium combined with Montmorillonite Powder.Then,the treatment effects,improvement of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions of two groups were compared and observed.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptoms subsided time and defecation time of children of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Two groups of children were occurred adverse reaction symptoms,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of Bulk Triple Viable Bifidobacterium and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea are significant,the incidence of adverse reactions are low,and the symptoms of patients are improved in a short period of time.
