Objective:To investigate the methods of borne diseases prevention in the blood purification center.Method:The prevention of blood borne diseases for effective management from established and completed the management,improved the relevant system,the staff passed the test and physical examination;the layout and facilities of blood purification center shall meet the requirements of management;implemented strictly the system and process of hospital infection management;the related equipment,supplies and water quality monitoring shall meet the specifications;disposed the medical waste in strict accordance with the rules of hospital and so on.Result:The blood borne disease prevalence rate was zero in 10 000 dialysis patients since August 2011 in our blood purification center. Conclusion:Do a good job of infection prevention work in blood purification center,can effectively reduce the blood borne diseases in the blood purification center.%目的：探讨血液净化中心预防血源性传播性疾病的方法。方法：从建立、健全感染管理组织，完善相关制度，工作人员通过考核和体检；血液净化中心分区布局、设施符合感染管理要求；严格执行医院感染管理的制度与流程；相关设备、耗材和水质监控符合规范；严格按规定处理医疗废弃物等环节进行有效管理。结果：本院血液净化中心从2011年8月以来，共血液透析10000余人次，血源性传播性疾病的患病率为0。结论：做好血液净化中心的感染预防工作，能有效地减少血液净化中心血源传播性疾病的发生。
