Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of TFPI-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Method:The expression and clinical significance of TFPI-2 in normal esophageal epithelium,adjacent tissues and esophageal squamous cell carcinomaby Immunohistochemistry.Result:The positive index of the expression of TFPI-2 in normal esophageal epithelium,and adjacent tissues,and ESCCs were respectively(27.76±5.30)%,(22.41±7.24)%, (16.25±9.57)%.The positive index of the expression of TFPI-2 in normal esophageal epithelium,and adjacent tissues,and ESCCs showed an increasing trend,the result was significant(P<0.05).Among ESCCs,the index of the expression of TFPI-2 was negative correlated with the degree of malignancy(rs=-0.292),lymph node metastasis(rs=-0.315),size(rs=-0.444), invasion depth (rs=-0.647)and TNM classification(rs=-0.772).And there were no difference in patients with different age, sex,tumor location and pathologic type.Conclusion:TFPI-2 is relate with the growth,metastasis and invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,is an effective indicator to determine the prognosis of patients.%目的：探讨TFPI-2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学（Immunohistochemistry， IHC）SP法测定TFPI-2在食管鳞癌组织、癌旁组织、正常食管组织中的表达。结果：TFPI-2表达阳性指数在食管鳞癌组织、癌旁组织、正常食管组织中分别为（16.25±9.57）%、（22.41±7.24）%、（27.76±5.30）%。食管鳞癌中淋巴结转移、大小、浸润深度、TNM分期及肿瘤的分化程度与TFPI-2的表达阳性指数则呈负相关（rs分别=-0.315、-0.444、-0.647、-0.772、-0.292）。结论：TFPI-2与食管鳞癌的生长、转移、侵袭有关，是判断食管癌预后的有效指标。
