针对微生物实验教学方法的问题和不足，进行了探析，主要涉及以下几方面：实验内容的重新编排；重视课前预习；实验过程中老师的指导；鼓励创新性实验的开展；考核制度的改革。结果表明：改进的教学措施开发了学生创造性思维，提高了学生分析问题及解决问题的能力。%In this paper, we studied on the questions and shortages of microbiological experiment teaching methods, as follows:to rearrange experiment contents, to emphasize the preview process before class, to increase the guide of experiments, to encourage the innovative experiment, and to improve the check-up system. As a result, the students developed their creative thinking and the abili-ties of analyzing and solving problems.
