Adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder ( ASD) but without intellectual impairment or disability ( ID) were described here as individuals with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder ( HFASD) . This article reviewed on the psychologi-cal problems and prognosis of this population, and made recommendations for application of the existing mental health services to the a-dults with HFASD.%高功能孤独症谱系障碍( HFASD)包含不伴有智力障碍或残疾( ID)的孤独症谱系障碍( ASD)的青少年和成年人。本文就高功能孤独症谱系障碍成年患者的心理问题及预后进行综述，并且对如何将现有的精神卫生服务应用于高功能自闭症谱系障碍的成年人提出建议。
