目的：通过调查荣复军人及社会患者近年来呼吸道病原菌感染的现状及其耐药情况,为临床合理选择和应用抗生素提供依据。方法：对呼吸道感染患者病原菌感染情况进行统计,并对病原菌药敏试验结果进行分析。结果：分离出的感染致病菌中革兰阴性菌与革兰阳性菌的比例约为2.14：1,且药敏试验结果显示各致病菌均出现不同程度的耐药。结论：病原菌耐药情况的监测对医院呼吸道感染治疗中抗生素合理选择有着重要的作用。%Objective:To investigate status and drug resistance of respiratory tract pathogen infections in our hospital in recent years through disabled soldiers and veterans and social patients, in order to provide an evidence for clinical rational selection and appli-cation of antibiotics. Methods:The pathogen infections of the patients with respiratory tract infections in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were collected, and then drug sensitive test results were statistically analyzed. Results: In the separated bacteria, the proportion of gram negative bacteria and gram positive bacteria was about 2. 14:1, and the result of drug sensitivity test showed that the pathogen showed different degrees of resistance. Conclusions:The monitoring of bacterial resistance to antibiotics in the treatment of respiratory tract infections plays an important role in the reasonable selection of the antibiotics.
