Objective:To investigate clinical effects and safety of Jinhoujian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste in treat-ment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods:80 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were treated with Jinhoujian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste ( observation group) and single calcium hydroxide paste ( control group) . The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97. 5% and 80. 0%, respec-tively. The adverse reaction rates of observation group and control group were 0% and 5%, respectively. There were statistical differ-ences in the total effective rate and adverse reaction rates between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Jinhoujian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment ofchronic periapical periodontitishas a significant effect, is safe and simple, and should be promoted in clinical application.%目的：采用金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎，探讨其临床疗效及安全性。方法：将慢性根尖周炎患者80例分组治疗，观察组患者采用金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗，对照组患者单独采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组、治疗组治疗总有效率分别为97.5%、80.0%；观察组、对照组患者不良反应分别为0%、5%，两组患者在疗效和不良反应差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎具有疗效显著、安全性高、治疗简便等优点，应当在临床推广应用。
