Objective:To investigate postoperative efficacy and safety of spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 35 patients with spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation treated with sur-gery was done. According to Frankel classification of spinal cord function, JOA scoring criteria was used to access. Results:35 pa-tients with spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation were followed up for 8-36 months ( mean 21 months) . For the preopera-tive Frankel grade, 3 cases were grade A, 10 cases were grade B, 16 cases were grade C, and 6 cases were grade D;for the postopera-tive graded, 1 cases was grade A, 6 cases were grade B, 10 cases were grade C, and 14 cases were grade D, and 4 cases were grade E. The postoperative JOA average score was increased by 6. 75 points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Con-clusions:The surgical treatments for the patients with spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the complications.%目的：探讨无骨折脱位型脊髓损伤术后疗效及安全性。方法：回顾分析35例接受外科手术的无骨脱位型脊髓损伤患者的临床资料,根据脊髓功能Frankel分级,采用JOA评分标准进行评估。结果：35例无骨折脱位脊髓损伤患者均得到随访8~36个月,平均21个月,术前Frankel分级A级3例,B级10例,C级16例,D级6例。术后分级为A级1例,B级6例,C级10例,D级14例,E级4例。术后JOA平均分较术前平均分增加6.75分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论：对无骨脱位型脊髓损伤患者采用手术治疗可明显提高治愈率,并减少并发症。
