目的：研究肝细胞肝癌组织中的组织因子（TF）及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达，对肝癌侵袭转移的作用及两者之间的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学EnVisionTM法检测肝癌56例及其癌旁肝组织标本中TF和MMP-2的表达。结果：（1）肝癌组织中TF及MMP-2的阳性表达均明显高于癌旁组织（P<0.05）；（2）癌静脉浸润、肝内外转移、无或包膜不完整组织中TF和MMP-2的表达显著高于相应对照组（P<0.05）；（3）肝癌中TF表达和MMP-2表达呈正相关。结论：HCC中TF及MMP-2表达明显增高，且与癌侵袭转移有关。%Objective:To study the expression of tissue factor (TF)and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2)in hepa-tocellular carcinoma(HCC) and explore the effects of TF and MMP-2 on cell invasion and metastasis of HCC. Methods:The expression of TF and MMP-2 in 56 specimens of HCC and adjacent normal liver tissues were detected by EnVisionTM immunohistochemistry. Results:The expression levels of TF and MMP-2 were obviously higher in HCC tissues than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05);MMP-2 and TF expression was correlated to vein invasion, intrahepatic metastasis, and the tumor without envelope (P<0.05).It had coherence abaout the expression of TF and MMP-2 (P<0.01). Conclusion:The expression of TF and MMP-2 HCC may be related to the in invasion and metastasis of HCC.
