烟雾病是一种病因不明的慢性脑血管狭窄或闭塞性疾病,其发生、发展是多种因素综合作用的结果,脑血管造影是诊断的金标准,药物和血管重建是现有的主要治疗措施.近年来,越来越多的研究显示血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和PDGF受体(PDGFR)在烟雾病的病因、发生和发展中扮演重要角色.目前较为一致的观点认为PDGF和PDGFR在血管方面具有重要作用,有望进一步揭示烟雾病的病因和发病机制,并且为临床上烟雾病的诊断、新型药物及基因治疗等方面提供新思路.%Moyamoya disease is a kind of chronic cerebrovascular stenosis or occlusive disease,with unknown etiology. Its occurrence and development is the result of many factors.And cerebral angiography is the gold standard for the diagno-sis,while medication and vascular reconstruction are the main therapeutic measures.In recent years,more and more studies showed that platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)and PDGF receptor(PDGFR)play an important role in the etiology, occurrence and development of moyamoya disease.The present view is that PDGF and PDGFR play an important role in the blood vessel,which is expected to further reveal the etiology and pathogenesis of moyamoya disease,and provide new ideas for the diagnosis,new drug and gene therapy etc.
