凝溶胶蛋白是一种重要的肌动蛋白结合蛋白，可通过切割、加帽、去帽、成核作用调控肌动蛋白微丝的重组。凝溶胶蛋白参与炎症反应的多个环节，包括中性粒细胞的激活与趋化、细胞因子的释放、炎性介质的清除以及炎性细胞的凋亡等，对炎症反应的发展和转归有重要影响。细胞内外凝溶胶蛋白水平的变化，对中性粒细胞的趋化能力有不同的影响。以凝溶胶蛋白为靶点，通过影响细胞骨架重排来调控炎性细胞的运动，有可能成为对抗炎症反应的新策略。%Gelsolin is an important actin-binding protein ,which plays a key role on actin filaments depolymerization and reorganization through severing ,capping ,decapping and nucleation effects .Gelsolin involves in multiple processes of inflam-matory response ,including activation and chemotaxis of neutrophils ,releasing of cytokine ,scavenging of inflammatory media-tors,and inflammatory cell apoptosis as well ,playing an important role in the development and outcome of inflammation . Recent studies have found that changes in intra and extracellular gelsolin levels ,has different effects on neutrophil chemo-tactic ability.With gelsolin as a potential target ,it is possible to develop a new strategy to fight inflammation by controlling the inflammatory cell movement through cytoskeletal rearrangement .
