Metabolic syndrome includes obesity,insulin resistance,dyslipidemia and so on.In recent years,the studies found that bile acid metabolism influences the development of some metabolic syndrome factors,and bile acid is also an important signaling molecule .Nuclear hormone receptor farnesoid X receptor and G protein coupled bile acid receptor 5 play roles in glucose and lipids metabolism .Weight-loss surgery can increase the level of bile acid,reduce body mass and improve insulin sensitivity.Therefore,using bile acid resin,TGR5 agonist and FXR agonists to regulate the levels and the signal of bile acid ,perhaps can be a potential treatment for obesity and type 2 diabetes.%代谢综合征包括肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和血脂异常等。近年来研究发现，胆汁酸代谢影响代谢综合征某些因素的发展，同时其也是重要的信号分子。核激素受体法尼醇X受体和膜受体G蛋白偶联胆汁酸受体5在糖脂代谢方面发挥着重要作用。减肥手术可以使胆汁酸水平增加，同时降低体质量、改善胰岛素敏感性。因此，使用胆汁酸树脂、TGR5激动剂或FXR激动剂调节胆汁酸的水平和信号，或许可以治疗肥胖和2型糖尿病。
