目的分析配合试验在血小板输注无效(PTR)患者中的运用效果.方法 采用简易致敏红细胞血小板血清学技术(SEPSA)对我院85例5次以上输血(至少2次输血小板)患者进行调查分析,检测血小板相关抗体,观察血小板配合性输注的效果.结果 85例多次输血患者发生PTR 15例(17.65%),其中血小板抗体阳性9例(60%),成功配型6例(66.67%).结论 血小板抗体可直接导致PTR,配合性输注可提高血小板输注效果.%Objective To analyze the effect of cross-matched test in the platelet transfusion refiactorirndren with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 60 cerebral palsy children aged 2 to 6 years old treated in Hongqi Hospital from 2008 to 2010 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely traditional rehabilitation group and multi-dimension rehabilitation group,30 cases in each. After 1 year, movement effect,psychological effect and life quality effect were observed. Psychological effect was assessed by PSQ and life 'quality by PedsQL4. 0. Results The movement effect, psychological effect and quality of life of multi-dimensional rehabilsion Platrlrt antibodies lead to PTR directly,and cross-metched transfusion can enhance the effect of plateletrntransfusion.
